Who we are
Dentara is a trading name of Margentūra, MB (company code 306705924, VAT code LT100017616010), registered at Savanorių pr., LT-44255 Kaunas, Lithuania. Margentūra, MB is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact for anything related to your data: dentaragrowth@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
- Demo form: your first name, clinic name and the treatments your clinic offers. We use this to personalise the live demo and to follow up with you about our services. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- Live demo call: when you start the browser demo, your voice is processed by our AI coordinator and the call is recorded and transcribed. We use the recording to review your demo before we speak and to improve the coordinator. Legal basis: your consent, given with the checkbox before the call. You can ask us to delete the recording at any time.
- Booking a call: your name, email, and phone number if you give it, plus the time you choose. We use this to schedule and hold the Google Meet call and send reminders. Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract.
- Advertising measurement: if you accept cookies, we use the Meta Pixel to measure which ads bring clinics to this site. When you book a call, we also send a scrambled (hashed) version of your email and name to Meta through the Conversions API so we can tell which ad led to the booking. Legal basis: your consent for cookies; our legitimate interest in measuring our own advertising for the booking event.
- Campaign information: the ad campaign or link that brought you here (UTM parameters), stored in your browser session and attached to your demo and booking.
We do not sell your data and we do not use it for anything unrelated to Dentara's services.
Cookies
We only set advertising cookies (Meta Pixel cookies such as _fbp and _fbc) after you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you click Decline, no advertising cookies are set. We store your choice in your browser so we do not ask again. Embedded videos and the booking calendar are provided by third parties and may set their own functional cookies. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser and the banner will appear again.
Who we share data with
We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:
- Retell AI: runs the live voice demo and stores call recordings and transcripts.
- Cal.com and Google (Calendar and Meet): booking and video calls.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd: advertising measurement (only with your consent for cookies, and hashed booking data as described above).
- Vercel and our landing page host: website hosting and the server functions behind the demo and booking.
- Wistia: video hosting.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Demo form details and booking details: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless we become a client, in which case contract records are kept as required by law.
- Demo call recordings and transcripts: up to 12 months, or earlier if you ask us to delete them.
- Cookie choice: stored in your browser until you clear it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what happened before. Email dentaragrowth@gmail.com and we will reply within one month.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt), or the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie) if you are based in Ireland.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
